Eph. 3 & 4
v14 -19 " I bow my knees before the Father...that He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit.. that you may have strength to comprehend.. and to know the love of Christ.. that you may be filled with the fullness of God.
Therefore
v1 -3 "Walk in a manner worhy of the calling to which you have been called with all humility and gentleness with patience bearing with one another in love eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace."
